The main purpose of this renovation was converting three existing separate rooms (living room, dining room and kitchen) into a single open plan space. This new layout serves the needs and lifestyle of the family, while also creating a more airy and sun-lit interior.
In addition, several changes were proposed to make the house more functional and bright. These changes include the kitchen's countertop and backsplash alteration, the addition of a new kitchen island, the creation of new storage cabinets and the redesign of the existing brown tiled fireplace

The main purpose of this project was to form the interiors of an office. The space's main characteristics, such as the existing brick veneer and the hunter green wooden storefront, were preserved. The combination of these elements with light wood surfaces, bright yellow furniture and lights, metal details and sage green colored walls and ceiling, create a warm and vivid working environment.
