Apartment Interior design -Orestiada, Greece

This project involves the addition of a floor to an existing building and the creation of a new apartment of approximately 100 sq.m. in the city of Orestiada.

The apartment includes three bedrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, two bathrooms, and a storage area.

The open-plan living area was a key design focus, featuring a generously sized kitchen with a central island and a waterfall-edge countertop that acts as a visual centerpiece and social hub of the home.

For the interior design, neutral tones were selected—mainly white and grey—combined with green and blue accents on selected wall and furniture surfaces. The children's rooms are slightly differentiated, featuring vibrant wall colors and concealed lighting within ceiling recesses.

The design proposal for this apartment was developed remotely through e-design, with the client personally overseeing the construction works.
